1. Service Overview

Ledger is a personal finance application that helps you track accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, and shared expenses. Some features require an account and subscription.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments, Pricing, and Billing

Pricing details are available on our pricing section. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. or its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing and handling sales tax where applicable.

By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms and policies, which may include Paddle’s checkout terms, refund handling, and compliance obligations.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility and cancellation terms are described in our Refund Policy.

5. Subscription renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel in-app, and in some cases via Paddle’s checkout or billing portal where applicable.

When a subscription ends, your account is downgraded to the free tier with limited features, and you will no longer have access to paid-only functionality.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, violate applicable laws, or engage in activities prohibited by Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, if changes are material, provide notice through the Service.
