Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Ledger subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your request before the 14-day period expires.
If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
2. Beyond the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) at their discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@getledger.app with your account email, purchase details (date/amount), and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
